Our factory is located just north
of Dallas-Forth Worth in North Texas on Farm
Market Road 2264 in Decatur Texas.
HPS was established in 1995
as a paper converting and film coating facility.

pre-coated water slide decal paper and waterproof inkjet film.
We also distribute and sell
a wide selection of digital media here on our website, you
can order our media in smaller consumer packs and large bulk
quantities.
